17 January 2022The tradie didn't bring all his tools, tried to remove the off peak water heater's thermo/element with pliers and stuffed up the tread, to fix it, an angle grinder was used to cut one of the bolts off. The element in the water heater is now holding by 3 bolts instead of 4. took a long time.
